Birmingham, NJ - One million hours worked without a lost time injury was the
goal set on December 29, 2002. After almost four years of pursuing this worthy
target, Sybron achieved this goal on August 29, 2006. Sybron and parent company
LANXESS celebrated this very important event.
Reaching the one million hour goal is a standard that
reliably measures a facility’s safety program success. Striving for the
million-hour mark is an international pursuit; companies from Mexico to Canada,
Europe and beyond are setting the same goal.
Sybron employees are very proud of this accomplishment and
strive for the new goal of five years without a lost time injury.
